You have the flexibility to settle your hair appointment using a range of debit and credit cards, including AMEX. We offer the added convenience of Afterpay and ZipPay*, enabling you to effortlessly manage your budget while enjoying our exceptional products and services.
Through our reliable SmartPay payment system, you have the flexibility to insert your card and use cheque or savings for a flat transaction fee of $0.30 or tap or use credit for a 1.65%. These fees solely cover the transaction costs and don’t generate any additional income for us.
Afterpay and ZipPay
We’re delighted to offer Afterpay and ZipPay as payment options for our valued clients. However, it’s important to be aware that these methods entail higher fees than regular EFTPOS transactions. As per our agreement with Afterpay and ZipPay, we’re unable to pass these fees onto our clients as a surcharge. As such, we’ve had to carefully consider how we can offer clients the convenience of these payment methods without hindering our business:
- A minimum spend of $200 is required, which includes services and products.
- Pre-approval, before your service begins, is necessary to utilising Afterpay or ZipPay at Canberra Hair Extensions.
- We reserve the right to decline or adjust the service price if Afterpay or ZipPay is requested during a hair service.
- Services paid through Afterpay or ZipPay will be quoted and charged at the full list price, potentially higher than the service price list.
- Using Afterpay and ZipPay surrenders any offers, discounts, or promotions on hair services or products.
- Refunds for Afterpay or ZipPay transactions must be processed through the respective platforms, following their timeframes, fees, and terms.
